Thanks to polyurethane pouring technology is possible to create insulation in-place on new or on reconstructed pipes. This technology is pouring polyurethane material into space between the pipe and metal facing. This allows to create right insulation thickness. In this way the insulation could be used for pipes with max. medium temperature of 100°C, for higher temperatures there must be used interlayer of classic insulation materials.
- About 40% thinner insulation then in use of classic insulation materials
- 15% save of metal sheets on facing
- Insulation without joints and that is why without temperature bridges
